About

Founded in April 2020, RIVR Solutions Ltd was established by Allister MacIsaac and Greg Hastings after working together for another local consulting firm.  They felt that they could provide measurable results at the highest possible value through trust and good working relationships with their clients.  Rooted in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices, RIVR continues to grow its service offerings to include productivity improvement, effective warehouse practice and design to Strategic Planning and Development.  We help by teaching owners and managers effective ways to lead and execute, which is the key to a successful business operation

In March 2022, RIVR Solutions acquired the intellectual property to develop the RIVR Robot Lean Simulation Kit.  This kit was designed to enable companies to teach the basics of lean manufacturing.  Introducing real life challenges to a simple manufacturing process, the RIVR Robot Lean Simulation Kit allows in-house facilitators to teach the basics of managing product mix, single-piece flow, visual controls, and balanced flow manufacturing.
